Monday & Thursday 6pm

Eight Classes of fitness fun outdoors! Each class will be in a unique location focusing on a the 5 elements of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and agility. Before each week Amanda will email locations as well as a brief description of each workout. Please do not be intimidated, Amanda can modify anything to your fitness level.
